Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the roadmap and deliver initiatives that improve patient care and pharmacy operations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations to translate needs into actionable specs and drive end-to-end product delivery.

The role emphasizes discovery, prioritization, and execution with senior product leaders, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's mission in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability).
• Clear, concise communication and ability to drive discussions with engineers and customers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features within a defined product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into product requirements.
• Lead feature discussions with cross-functional partners.
• Support discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation.
• Monitor feature-level KPIs and iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting.
• Optimize roadmap intake and connect engineering work to end-user experience.
• Understand technologies in your product area; flag risks in design choices.
• Raise awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare.
