Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver patient care and pharmacy operations initiatives. You will own the roadmap for your product area, partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

You'll drive discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end execution, while collaborating with senior product leaders on strategy and measurable outcomes aligned with FuzeRx's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or a product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping product features with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability).
• Clear, concise communication and ability to drive discussions with engineers and customers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined product strategy.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems.
• Monitor feature-level KPIs and adoption, iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting for your area.
• Optimize roadmap intake and connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Understand technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
