Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Product Manager in Burbank, CA to own end-to-end product delivery for production and payroll workflows. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and customers to create intuitive, scalable solutions across mobile and desktop platforms, improving accuracy and speed on timecards, invoices, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own your product roadmap.
• Drive meaningful usability improvements across mobile and desktop to reduce friction for crew, productions, and approvers.
• Build a product architecture and feature set that scales for Cast & Crew customers across entertainment verticals.
• Stay close to the customer through ongoing discovery with productions, crew, and internal stakeholders to ground the roadmap in real user needs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to move quickly and deliver on commitments.
