Job summary

Rivian in Katy, TX is seeking a Product Guide IV to be the face of the brand, delivering engaging experiences from initial contact to vehicle delivery. You will educate customers, lead demonstrations, and support brand initiatives while maintaining premium store standards and a strong product knowledge base.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, event support, and ongoing training to stay current on Rivian tools and programs.

Qualifications

4+ years in customer service, automotive, clean energy, field marketing, sales or hospitality.
At least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends or holidays; travel may be required.
Experience with POS and CRM software preferred.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR history.
Ability to learn Google Workspace and related tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Welcome and educate customers, ensuring a positive and inclusive visit.
Engage with customers to create individualized experiences including demos and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives: events, lead gen, product deep-dives and trips.
Maintain deep knowledge of tools (POS, CRM) and leverage them to generate leads.
Uphold premium retail, hospitality and vehicle presentation standards.
Handle day-to-day operations: events, space upkeep, and displays.
Take on additional projects as directed by leadership.
