Qualifications

4+ years in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
Must be 21+ years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends or holidays; willingness to travel for market launches.
Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
Valid driver's license; clean MVR; eligible for licenses if applicable in the work location.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage and educate customers, ensuring needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Engage with Rivian customers and tailor experiences including demos and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives, demand generation, product deep-dives, and events.
Maintain strong product knowledge and complete required training.
Utilize POS and CRM tools to generate leads and enhance customer experience.
Operate day-to-day duties like event support, space upkeep and visual displays.
Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
Take on additional projects as requested by leadership.
