Job summary

Rivian Florida is seeking a passionate Product Guide III to welcome customers, educate on vehicles, and deliver a premium brand experience. You’ll partner with teams to present demos, coordinate deliveries, and nurture leads to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

As the face of Rivian, you’ll maintain high standards for retail space, handle POS and CRM tools, and support events from planning to execution, all while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional service and adventurous community

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related fields.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate customers to exceed expectations.
• Drive leads and support sales orders.
• Coordinate demos, vehicle deliveries, and events.
• Maintain brand standards at locations.
