Job summary

Rivian in Minnesota is seeking a Product Guide IV to serve as the face of the brand. The role starts at the St. Louis Park location and transfers to the Eagan location later in 2026, delivering engaging experiences from first contact to vehicle delivery.

You will demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, develop brand loyalty, and leverage POS/CRM tools to drive leads and elevate the guest journey across events and showroom interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service or related fields.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays; willing to travel.
• Experience with POS or CRM software preferred.
• Valid drivers license in your state of residence.
• Able to obtain sales/notary licenses or food handling certification if applicable.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and educate customers; deliver a positive, premium experience.
• Coordinate demonstrations and vehicle deliveries for Rivian customers.
• Support brand initiatives, including events, demos, and community activities.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and complete required training.
• Use POS and CRM to generate leads and enhance customer interactions.
• Handle day-to-day operations, events, and space upkeep.
• Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
