Rivian in Brea, CA is seeking a Product Guide III to be the face of the brand, cultivating connections with our community through memorable, engaging experiences. In this customer‑oriented role, you will lead the delivery of intuitive interactions that inspire loyalty and trust, with a commitment to over‑delivering on every engagement from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred.
Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and educate them to provide a positive experience; exceed expectations.
Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders influenced, and NPS/survey results.
Engage with customers to create individualized experiences including demonstrations and deliveries.
Demonstrate brand initiatives, including events, gear demos, and community activities.
Maintain knowledge of POS and CRM; leverage these tools to generate leads and enhance customer experience.
Perform day-to-day operational duties: event support, space upkeep, and visual displays.
Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
