Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Guide III in Florida to join our customer-centric team. You will welcome customers, deliver engaging experiences, and help drive brand loyalty through vehicle demos, deliveries, and insightful product conversations.

You’ll leverage POS and CRM tools, maintain premium store standards, and collaborate with marketing and operations to support community events and sales objectives. A passion for outdoor adventures and exceptional service is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age to operate Rivian vehicles.
• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays; travel may be required.
• Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean MVR and related checks.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain sales/notary/food handling certification within 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Achieve KPIs: leads, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders influenced, and NPS/surveys.
• Engage with customers for demo drives and deliveries with individualized experiences.
• Support brand initiatives including events, gear demos, and trip planning.
• Maintain brand/product knowledge and complete required training.
