Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused service in a retail setting.
• Ability to learn technical product details and communicate them clearly.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Share technical product knowledge with guests and assist with problem solving.
• Build understanding of Arc’teryx products and weave it into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Handle in-store duties including phones, emails, and basic merch handling.
• Process guest transactions via POS, including warranties and returns.
