ARC’TERYX is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor, sharing in-depth product knowledge and solving guest needs. You’ll connect guests with gear, champion the brand in-store and in the community, and grow your passions with team support.

You’ll help elevate guest experiences, collaborate with leadership on initiatives, and contribute to merchandising efforts while embodying ARC’TERYX values and outdoor lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving.
• Building a strong understanding of products and weaving this information into guest interactions authentically.
• Championing ARC’TERYX as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Developing one’s passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives; providing merchandising/experience feedback.
