ARC’TERYX is seeking a Product Guide to represent the brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable guest experience, sharing technical product knowledge, and championing the brand in-store and in the community.

You’ll build deep product understanding, support merchandising, and collaborate with store leadership while staying active outdoors and driving customer-centric solutions. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving.
• Building a strong understanding of products and weaving this information into guest interactions authentically.
• Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
• Developing passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Supporting store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Providing merchandising feedback to improve in-store experience and drive sales.
• Maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assisting with various store tasks as directed by leadership.
• Answering store phones, voicemails, emails, and social media responses as needed.
• Processing guest transactions via POS, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
• Receiving and unpacking inventory boxes (5–30 lbs).
