Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an outstanding guest experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, solve problems, and weave product details into interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through technical product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build understanding of products and weave it into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions in and out of store with team support.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones and respond to voicemails/emails, including social media messages.
