Job summary

Ford Credit in Michigan is seeking a Product Performance Manager within Integrated Services Retail to grow paid subscribers, optimize conversion and retention, and drive revenue impact across BlueCruise, Connectivity, Secure, and partner programs.

You will translate growth opportunities into prioritized initiatives, partner with the D2C, Marketing, and Product teams, and manage a test-and-learn roadmap with analytics-driven metrics to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in growth, subscription, lifecycle management, or related areas.
• Experience sizing and prioritizing growth opportunities with quantified impact.
• Proven ability to deliver through cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance).
• Strong analytical fluency to interrogate funnel, cohort, and churn data.
• Strong executive communication and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the portfolio of paid subscribers and revenue targets.
• Turn risks and opportunities into executable growth initiatives with clear owners and dates.
• Maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities across convert, retain, and win-back.
• Collaborate with the D2C team on trial-to-paid conversion and funnel optimization.
• Partner with Marketing, Promotions, and Product to diagnose churn drivers.
• Work with Digital Product to align data insights with roadmap and in-vehicle/in-app experiences.
• Manage growth test-and-learn, sequencing experiments by value and impact.
• Supply quantifiable upside to planning, risk/opportunity, and weekly reviews.
