Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead initiatives that expand subscriber growth. You will own the core funnel from discovery to renewal, set the strategy, build the roadmap, and drive measurable revenue through innovative capabilities and experiments.

In this high-ownership role, you will collaborate with product, design, marketing, payments, and data to launch AI-assisted tests, optimize conversion, and expand global, multi-currency experiences while balancing user trust

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, monetization, or eCommerce.
• Fluency in subscription or D2C economics and metrics: conversion, LTV, ARPU, churn/retention cohorts, CAC payback.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort partnering closely with data and engineering.
• Excellent communicator who can set direction for an area, align stakeholders, and hold a program accountable to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into a prioritized roadmap with measurable quarterly goals.
• Run a rigorous experimentation program with hypotheses, success metrics and A/B tests.
• Optimize the cart and checkout flow across markets and devices while maintaining compliance and security.
• Expand global reach with localized payment methods and multi-currency experiences.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed lifecycle interventions in partnership with marketing and retention.
