Job summary

MCR Media Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our remote team. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of subscription products and funnels, coordinating launches and working closely with leadership to identify opportunities and drive growth.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions, funnel optimization, and AI-assisted research, with collaboration across paid channels and product teams to scale performance in a global, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consumer subscription/B2C environments
• Launched and scaled at least 2 subscription products/funnels
• Strong understanding of CAC, retention, LTV and subscription economics
• Experience with paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to analyze cohorts, retention data, and LTV models
• Excellent written and spoken English communication

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels.
• Coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously with milestones.
• Collaborate with CEO and Product COO to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn and LTV.
• Partner with paid acquisition teams across major channels to scale growth.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify winning concepts.
• Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks for launching new products.
• Leverage AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, and optimization.
• Make data-driven recommendations on scaling, optimizing, or discontinuing products.
