McAfee is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the expansion of the subscriber base across web, mobile, and in-product experiences. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution from discovery to retention, balancing growth with trust and usability.

You will partner with product, design, marketing, payments and data teams to run A/B experiments, optimize checkout, and localize experiences for international markets, focusing on ARPU, LTV and churn.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, growth, monetization, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record launching features and experiments improving acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention.
• Fluency in subscription or D2C economics: LTV, ARPU, churn/retention cohorts, CAC payback.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset and collaboration with data and engineering.
• Excellent communicator who can set direction and hold a program accountable to outcomes.

• Translate growth strategy into a prioritized roadmap with quarterly goals.
• Run rigorous experimentation with hypotheses and A/B tests at scale.
• Optimize the cart and checkout flow across markets with security and compliance.
• Expand global reach with localized payment methods and multi-currency experiences.
• Design pricing, offers, and bundling tests to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed lifecycle interventions.
• Uncover and evaluate new opportunities for growth with AI-enabled analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, payments, data, and finance.
