Job summary

STARZ is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to own end-to-end performance of acquisition and retention flows across STARZ apps. You will optimize sign-up and renewal paths, test hypotheses, and productionalize winning tests to boost growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Design, Insights & Analytics, and Product/Engineering to plan and maximize impact, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in engineering/product roles, preferably in OTT or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics) and SQL is preferred.
• Experience shaping sign-up, renewal, and retention flows.

Responsibilities

• Devise, launch, test and optimize signup, renewal, and retention projects across STARZ apps.
• Develop tools to improve Paid Acquisition team efficiency.
• Deliver integrations and optimizations to improve top-line metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Insights and Analytics to ship value-driven features.
