Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays; willing to travel for market launches.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, and sales orders influenced.
• Engage with customers for demos and deliveries; support brand initiatives and events.
• Maintain brand standards and product knowledge; use POS and CRM tools to generate leads.
