Job summary

Rivian in El Segundo, CA is hiring a Part-time Product Guide III to represent the brand and deliver memorable customer experiences from initial contact through vehicle delivery. You will lead intuitive interactions, demonstrate Rivian products, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs while maintaining premium space standards.

A strong customer-service background and familiarity with POS/CRM tools are preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality experience preferred.
Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Flexible schedule to support nights, weekends or holidays; travel may be required for market launches.
Experience using POS and CRM software preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Workspace; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Valid driver's license in residence state; clean driving record.
Must obtain sales/notary license and/or food handling certification within 90 days if applicable.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
Aim to meet KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, sales orders, and NPS.
Engage with customers for demonstrations, drives, and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives: demand/gen, product deep-dives, gear demos, event planning.
Maintain brand/product knowledge through training; use POS/CRM tools to generate leads.
Handle day-to-day ops: events, BOH, food/beverage support, displays, space upkeep.
Uphold premium retail and vehicle presentation standards.
Take on additional projects as directed by leadership.
