Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Training and Sales Enablement leader to drive product education programs for customer-facing teams in the casino gaming sector. You will translate complex product details into engaging learning content, develop content across multiple formats, and lead readiness activities for major launches.

The role requires strong facilitation, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel for training programs and industry events.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product training, sales enablement, learning and development, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
Experience within the casino gaming, gaming technology, or related industry.
Proven track record to build and deliver large-scale learning initiatives via a classroom, virtually, and digitally.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to travel in support of training programs, customer education, and industry events.
Experience with enablement and learning platforms such as Highspot or similar technologies preferred.
Experience supporting product launches, sales readiness, and go-to-market initiatives preferred.
Must complete mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.
May be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with gaming regulatory authorities.
Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of product education programs.
Build capability, confidence, and readiness across commercial teams.
Develop and deliver product training programs for customer-facing teams.
Translate product features, performance data, and business priorities into training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
Create and maintain product education content, including game walkthroughs, demonstrations, videos, and launch materials.
Prepare sales teams to position, present, and discuss products with customers.
Lead training and readiness activities for new product launches.
Partner with Commercial Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to align training priorities and content.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Support customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events through product expertise, demonstrations, training, and presentation materials.
Maintain learning resources and training platforms.
Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve learning programs and content.
