The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in product training or related fields, with casino gaming industry experience, and exceptional storytelling and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product training, sales enablement, learning and development, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience within the casino gaming, gaming technology, or related industry.
• Proven track record to build and deliver large-scale learning initiatives via a classroom, virtual, and digital format.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel in support of training programs, customer education, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product training programs that build knowledge and sales readiness across customer-facing teams.
• Translate product features, performance data, and priorities into training materials and resources.
• Create and maintain product education content, including demonstrations, videos, and launch materials.
• Prepare sales teams to confidently position and discuss products with customers.
• Lead training and readiness activities for new product launches.
• Partner with Commercial Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales to align priorities.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Support customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events through product expertise and materials.
• Maintain learning resources and training platforms to ensure information is current and accessible.
• Gather feedback, measure training effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
