Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training resources development or delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn SaaS products quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence and align across teams and partners.
• Experience with client-facing product communications.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Client-Facing Product Communications: publish release notes and roadmap externally.
• Product Training Delivery & Execution: design and deliver recurring training programs.
• Training Performance & Metrics: track engagement and measure impact.
