Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Enablement Leader to spearhead global seller experience, tooling, and operator enablement initiatives. You will design and execute enablement strategies, collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable training programs across large audiences.

You will build messaging, training materials, and executive reports while leading change management efforts and driving adoption of new SaaS tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
• 7+ years developing and implementing training and/or change management strategies.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes, and mobile learning best practices.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi-disciplinary change initiatives, focused on learning and enablement.
• Ability to mobilize and lead large, complex cross-functional project teams for training and enablement projects.
• Experience enabling a Global Sales team in high tech, consulting, or similar industries.
• Understanding of sales enablement or training for diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Experience creating deliverables and facilitating training for audiences from one to 10,000, using scalable delivery methods.
• SaaS/cloud computing experience and knowledge of sales operations/quote-to-cash (a plus).
• Experience with informal learning, blended learning, and reinforcement programs.
• Proficiency in enablement programs/change management.
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills, engaging presentation style, group facilitation skills, change management, and clear, precise writing.
• AI fluency and digital curiosity.
• Confident use of Claude/Gemini, Slack AI/Slackbot, and NotebookLM for enablement work.
• Willingness to experiment with and evaluate emerging AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement strategies and programs for Global Seller Experience and related workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align enablement with revenue and operations.
• Develop and deliver scalable training materials, including multimedia content.
• Manage end-to-end change management programs and mitigate risks.
• Build executive-level presentations and status reports for stakeholders.
