Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to drive training resources and ensure readiness across the commercial teams. You will develop client-facing release notes, roadmaps, and in-product guidance to articulate product changes clearly.

The role focuses on translating strategy into practical training content and measuring impact across the organization. You will design multi-format training, deliver onboarding for new hires, create compelling demo workflows, and track engagement to close

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training resources development and/or training program delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn complex SaaS products quickly and explain features clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product complexity into clear, actionable messaging.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams and with external contacts such as partners and clients.
• Proven ownership of client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, or in-product guidance, with strong judgment on what to share externally and how to frame it.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and prioritize competing demands with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in SaaS, marketing technology, advertising tech, or B2B software environments.
• Strong grounding in learning and instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning theory, retention and engagement techniques).

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing product communications, such as release notes, product roadmaps, and in-product guidance.
• Publish and maintain the client-facing Product Roadmap aligned with GTM priorities.
• Inform in-product guidance and best practices, shaping messaging and tooltips.
• Serve as the trusted voice on product changes for external contacts.
