Job summary

AlphaSense seeks a Product Enablement Lead to bridge Product, Engineering, PMM, and Sales in driving launch readiness and commercial momentum. You will translate complex APIs and AI architectures into compelling, buyer-focused narratives and build scalable onboarding and certification programs.

You will shape structured product training, enablement assets, and live coaching to shorten time-to-first-deal while gathering field feedback to influence the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Deep intellectual curiosity and ability to demystify complex platform mechanics into value-focused narratives.
• Rigorous project management to orchestrate multi-stakeholder launches with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing multi-tiered learning journeys, hands-on demo certifications, and async knowledge bases.
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers, Technical PMMs, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Leaders.
• Engaging coach and facilitator capable of live training and demo simulations.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on pipeline, feature adoption, and win-rate metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Launch Enablement by designing and executing launch playbooks across updates and major releases.
• Drive Technical Persona Readiness by building playbooks around security, data privacy, integrations, and APIs.
• Build Demo Standards & Certifications to validate field proficiency.
• Architect Product Onboarding Paths to accelerate time-to-first-deal and product fluency.
• Curate the Product Knowledge Engine as a single source of truth for field teams.
• Facilitate Closed-Loop Field Feedback to inform roadmap with actionable insights.
• Evaluate & Iterate on Business Impact using readiness metrics and field feedback.
