Job summary

AXS in Los Angeles seeks a Product Knowledge & Enablement Manager to create client-facing education for complex products and workflows. You will convert knowledge into searchable, AI-ready content and partner with product, sales, and training teams to drive adoption and clear communications.

You will design playbooks, job aids, and learning resources; manage knowledge base quality; and lead client-facing education activities, including workshops and office hours, to support successful product

Qualifications

BA/BS or related field
5+ years in product education or knowledge management
Experience with B2B software or SaaS environments
Ability to translate complex product knowledge into user-friendly content
Experience releasing product updates and GTM initiatives
Experience with taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization
Experience using generative AI tools with human review
Excellent technical writing and plain-language communication
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management
Ability to create practical, audience-specific content

Responsibilities

Develop complex process documentation and learning resources for assigned AXS products
Improve knowledge base structure, tagging, and content usability
Design and deliver advanced client-facing education and adoption activities
Support product launches, releases, and GTM communications with education plans
Use data to evaluate learning resources effectiveness and drive improvements
