Job summary

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, seeks a Product Knowledge & Enablement Manager to create client-facing education for complex product workflows. You will convert knowledge into searchable, AI-ready content and collaborate across product, operations, and client services to drive adoption and clear communications.

Responsibilities include developing playbooks and job aids, improving knowledge base quality, and coordinating education for launches and GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field.
• 5+ years in product education, client enablement, or related field.
• Experience with complex B2B software, SaaS or ticketing workflows.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Experience supporting product releases, GTM initiatives, and feature adoption.
• Knowledge of taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
• Experience using generative AI tools with human review.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive process documentation and learning resources for assigned AXS products and workflows.
• Improve KB content structure, metadata, tagging, and searchability.
• Design and deliver client-facing product education and adoption activities.
• Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and product communications with education plans.
• Use data to evaluate learning resource effectiveness and drive improvements.
