Job summary

AXS is hiring a Product Knowledge & Enablement Manager to create clear client-facing education for complex products and workflows. You will strengthen the Knowledge Base, support advanced client education, and align with product launches and GTM initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Client Services, and other teams to translate complex product knowledge into searchable, AI-ready content and resources. Excellent writing and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in client education, product enablement, instructional design, training, communications or related field.
• 5+ years in product education, client enablement, technical writing, knowledge management, or related field.
• Experience with complex B2B software, SaaS, ticketing or workflow-intensive environments.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Experience supporting product releases, GTM and webinars.
• Knowledge management, taxonomy, metadata, search optimization, or LMS platforms.
• Experience using generative AI tools with human review.
• Strong understanding of software workflows and product adoption challenges.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to create audience-specific content and tutorials.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex process documentation and learning resources; create playbooks, job aids, and guides.
• Improve Knowledge Base quality, structure, and usability; apply standards and taxonomy.
• Design and deliver advanced client-facing product education and adoption activities.
• Support product launches, GTM initiatives, and release communications.
• Use data to evaluate learning resource effectiveness and drive improvements.
