Job summary

RxNT is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to drive the strategy and execution of content and enablement across Clinical and Practice Management solutions. The role focuses on scalable training, documentation, and automation to support Sales, Customer Service, Onboarding, and customers.

You will bridge knowledge gaps, build scalable LMS infrastructure, and partner with Marketing and Product to ensure consistent messaging and fast adoption of new features across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of RXNT's SaaS solutions, including clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling.
• Experience creating training content, documentation, and enablement frameworks at scale.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and support/CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve LMS strategy for RXNT Learn and driving content architecture and delivery.
• Lead organization-wide training and client webinars; equip teams to run sessions independently.
• Maintain Help Center content and roll out new features across stakeholders.
