Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Product Education Specialist to craft training that helps employees and customers effectively use Net Health solutions. You will partner across teams to design learning experiences—instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced—that reflect Net Health’s mission and values.

You will build engaging content, track performance, and adapt materials to evolving product releases, ensuring content stays current and impactful across a distributed organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design across all phases of the design life cycle.
• Experience developing and delivering classroom and virtual instructor-led training.
• Experience with eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, and Articulate 360.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication protocols, and webhooks.
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into documentation and content delivery best practices.
• Knowledge of documentation and knowledge base platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions delivered via instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Set up and manage courses in the Net Health Learning Management System (LMS).
• Review and update learning programs based on feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to reflect product changes in documentation.
• Create instructional materials like storyboards, video scripts, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles across training solutions.
