Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Specialist to design and refine engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will collaborate with SMEs and L&OD colleagues to translate learning needs into learner-centered content aligned to business priorities.

Based in Arlington, VA or Solon, OH, you will help design, test, and deliver content within the GROW LMS and future LXP platforms, ensuring accessibility and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of instructional design experience creating instructor-led and/or eLearning materials.
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC content uploading and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content using adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define objectives and organize content into engaging learning experiences.
• Storyboard, script, and build assets including videos, modules, simulations, and job aids.
• Develop Level 1 and Level 2 assessments and refine content based on data.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets; support LMS rollout and content updates.
