Job summary

Netsmart Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to simplify complex healthcare technology through learner-centered online experiences across eLearning, video, simulations, and digital content.

You’ll collaborate with teams to support product adoption, proficiency, and client success. Design learning that aligns with outcomes, work with SMEs, and prototype solutions while applying ADDIE, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a learning or technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of instructional design/learning experience design.
At least 2 years using course authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Lectora).
Strong knowledge of LXD models (ADDIE, SAM, Prototyping, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Agile).
Proven project management for large-scale projects with tight deadlines and clear updates.
Excellent written and verbal communication for explaining complex topics.
Portfolio demonstrating LXD/UX work.

Responsibilities

Design and develop online learning experiences aligned with outcomes.
Collaborate with SMEs to identify goals and outcomes for learning experiences.
Design comprehension checks and assessment activities.
Drive end-to-end design, development, and implementation of new learning materials.
Engage stakeholders in prototyping and iteration of learning solutions.
Research and implement technology to enhance the learning experience including video, simulations, and gamification.
