Job summary

Epicor is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Development to be a hands-on technical leader who designs and delivers software while guiding a small team of developers. You will help architect scalable systems, solve complex technical challenges, support engineering excellence, and ensure successful delivery of features from planning through release and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Experience with React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue, plus Node.js and REST API frameworks.
• Strong SQL knowledge including queries, migrations and optimization.
• Experience with Docker and Redis, event-driven architectures and background job processing.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions and make engineering decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver high‑quality software aligned with goals and standards.
• Lead a small team through coaching, onboarding, and career development.
• Drive engineering excellence via code reviews, testing practices, tooling, and standards.
• Partner with Product Management, QA, and engineering to plan, prioritize, and coordinate delivery of features.
• Own team execution: break down initiatives, remove blockers, manage risks, ensure releases and post-release activities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and clear communication across the team and organization.
