Job summary

Epicor seeks a Manager of Product Development in Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a hands-on team delivering customer-specific software solutions. You will guide architecture, development, deployment, and support while staying hands-on and partnering with customers to translate needs into repeatable product capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, set delivery standards, collaborate across product, platform, and customer success teams, and travel up to 15–20% to engage customers directly.

• Build and lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team focused on customer-specific software solutions.

• Guide design, development, deployment, and support of production-ready solutions.
• Remain hands-on in architecture, development, troubleshooting, and reviews.
• Identify patterns across engagements for reusable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Mentor engineers and establish delivery standards, fostering ownership and impact.
