Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.
• Experience with React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue and REST API frameworks.
• Strong SQL knowledge for query design and optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, event-driven architectures, and background job processing.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions and mentor engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver high-quality software aligned with goals and standards.
• Lead a small team through coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and career development.
• Drive engineering excellence via code reviews, testing practices, tooling, and standards.
• Partner with Product Management, QA, and engineering to plan, estimate, and coordinate delivery of new features.
• Own team execution by breaking down initiatives, removing blockers, managing risks, and supporting releases.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and clear communication.
