Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Senior Information Technology Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain critical business systems throughout the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve development standards, and support ongoing needs.

You will mentor others, lead small to medium development initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in development practices while delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a specialized/industry environment.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs and relational DBs.
• Experience with BPMs, BAQs, Application Studio.
• Experience in full software development lifecycle and code reviews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; mentoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications and framework components that support business operations.
• Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and code reviews for scalable solutions.
• Mentor and support fellow developers through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Develop and maintain tools, integrations, and automation to improve processes.
• Create project estimates, contribute to planning, and lead development initiatives.
• Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities to improve coding standards and system performance.
