Job summary

Epicor seeks an Associate Manager of Product Development to lead a hands-on technical team supporting the Epicor Identity Platform while guiding a group of product developers. You will balance people leadership with active technical contributions, partnering with product management and collaborating with customers and ERP partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of C#/.NET development experience.
• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms (Azure Entra / Azure AD).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Proficient with Git, branching strategies, Agile/Scrum, and secure coding practices.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform, contributing hands-on development and PR reviews.
• Set objectives for the product development team, assign and prioritize work, and track progress across milestones.
• Mentor and support software engineers through code reviews, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Partner with product management to define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap.
• Collaborate with Epicor ERP partners and customers to support identity provider integrations.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes environments.
• Track team progress and prepare clear delivery and status updates for leadership.
