Job summary

PrismHR creates exceptional software and services for PEOs, ASOs, and staffing companies to deliver HR, benefits and payroll to small and mid-sized businesses. The Product Consultant on the Professional Services Team leads implementations and advises customers on software best practices, blending industry knowledge with PrismHR product expertise.

You'll independently manage multiple projects, document workflows, and present solutions remotely or in person at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes
• Strong technical inclination and eagerness to learn continuously

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best-practice guidance on PrismHR implementations
• Document requirements using cases in functional design documents and statements of work
• Maintain documentation and notes; communicate project status to management
• Independently manage multiple projects to meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions in an Agile environment
• Design and execute complex data/process merges for customers
• Deliver presentations to customers at PrismHR and industry events
