Job summary

PrismHR is seeking a Product Consultant to lead customer implementations and advise on best practices for the PrismHR core platform. The role requires coordinating cross-functional delivery, maintaining high quality standards, and driving successful outcomes for HRO clients.

You will independently manage multiple client projects, design functional workflows, and deliver presentations both remotely and on-site. Occasional domestic travel up to 25% is expected to attend meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience with PEO/ASO or staffing operations and related software.
• Ability to define and document workflows, use cases, and business processes clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and gather business requirements for PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements and use cases in functional designs and SOWs.
• Manage multiple implementations with adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Design and execute complex merges and processes for successful implementations.
• Deliver remote and in-person presentations at meetings and industry events.
