PrismHR in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Product Consultant to lead customer deployments of the PrismHR core platform and advise on payroll, benefits, and PEO/ASO practices. You will steer implementations, document workflows, and guide customers from kickoff to successful go-live in collaboration with sales and services teams.

You will manage multiple projects in an Agile environment, communicating clearly, delivering on milestones, and maintaining thorough customer notes.

Qualificações

• Experience with PEO/ASO or staffing operations and payroll implementations.
• Ability to document workflows and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer relationship and guide best-practice implementations.
• Document requirements and interpret Statements of Work.
• Manage multiple implementations while meeting quality, schedule and expectations.
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Keep project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Present remotely and in person at meetings and events.
