Job summary

PrismHR in Chandler, AZ seeks a Product Consultant to guide new customers through implementation and advise on best practices for the PrismHR core platform. You will lead cross-functional projects in an Agile environment, document requirements, deliver functional designs, and ensure high-quality outcomes while traveling up to 25% for customer engagements and events.

The role requires five+ years in PEO/ASO or staffing software, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with PEO, ASO, or staffing operations and implementation software.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Equivalent combination of experience, skills, or education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements and use cases in functional design documents; interpret project scopes and SOWs.
• Manage multiple customer implementations ensuring quality, schedules, and expectations.
