Job summary

PrismHR is seeking an Execupay Product Consultant to deliver high-quality client support via Salesforce cases, phone, and real-time collaboration tools. You will be the primary contact for licensees, troubleshooting payroll, tax, ACH, and related applications while balancing responsiveness and proactive communication.

Responsibilities include owning cases, documenting steps, escalating when needed, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 2+ years experience in payroll, support, or related fields.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of payroll, payroll tax, and ACH concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to Execupay licensees via Salesforce, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Own cases from intake to resolution with accurate documentation in Salesforce.
• Communicate updates, timelines, and resolutions to licensees.
• Diagnose issues across payroll processing, payroll tax, and ACH functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and contribute to team goals.
