PrismHR creates exceptional software and services for PEOs, ASOs, and staffing companies, delivering HR, benefits, and payroll to businesses.

As a Product Consultant on the Professional Services Team, you will implement new customers and advise existing customers on software and industry best practices. Deep knowledge of PEO/ASO/Staffing, payroll, and technical background are crucial for success.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and gather business requirements to guide PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements using functional design documents and statements of work.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead customers through successful implementations with industry expertise and best practice guidance.
• Deliver presentations to customers remotely or in person at PrismHR events.
