Job summary

PrismHR, a leading payroll, benefits, and HR software provider, seeks a Product Consultant to implement new customers and advise existing clients on PrismHR core platform. You will lead engagements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes with strong documentation and industry expertise.

The role requires independent project management, agile collaboration, and effective communication with customers and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with PEO, ASO, or staffing operations and implementation software.
• Experience defining and documenting workflows and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR implementations.
• Document requirements and write functional design documents with project scope and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementations and consulting projects while meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes for implementation objectives.
• Deliver presentations remotely and in person at meetings and events.
• Travel up to 25% domestically for team onsite meetings and client visits.
