Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and follow written or verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; secondary schooling preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies to customers.
• Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Assists customers at the service drive.
• Trains the sales/service staff on key technologies and how to explain/demonstrate them to customers.
• Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Trouble shoots vehicle technology features.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.]

Position Overview

The ideal candidate for Product Concierge performs outstanding interactive vehicle demonstration deliveries, ensuring the customer has full knowledge of their vehicle's operation.

Who would I interact with?

The Product Concierge interacts daily with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, just to name a few.
