Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group in Pittsburgh is seeking a Product Concierge to perform interactive vehicle demonstration deliveries, ensuring customers understand operation and features to optimize satisfaction.

You will interact with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, handle pre-delivery checks, tailor demonstrations to customer priorities, answer questions, and train staff on key technologies, contributing to a high-end car buying experience.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees or organization.
• Professional and friendly skills with a passion for customer service.
• Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary schooling preferred.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention.
• Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features and options.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Assists customers at the service drive.
• Trains the sales/service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
• Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Trouble shoots vehicle technology features.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed
