Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Product Concierge to deliver interactive vehicle demonstrations and ensure customers understand operation of their vehicles. You will personalize deliveries, explain features, and prioritize customer comfort to boost retention.

You will follow pre-delivery checklists, answer questions, train staff on key technologies, and assist customers at the service drive. Strong communication and tech aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures vehicle meets pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies to customers.
• Follows up within 1–2 weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery.
• Resolves customer inquiries about vehicle technology.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Assists customers at the service drive.
• Trains sales/service staff on key technologies and how to explain them.
• Answers product questions by phone and during walk-ins.
• Troubleshoots vehicle technology features.
• Gives teammates a helping hand with duties as needed.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate for Product Concierge performs outstanding interactive vehicle demonstration deliveries, ensuring the customer has full knowledge of their vehicle's operation.

Who would I interact with?

The Product Concierge interacts daily with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, just to name a few.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Ensures that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention.
• Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features and options.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Assists customers at the service drive.
• Trains the sales/service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
• Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.
• Trouble shoots vehicle technology features.
• Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed
