Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz of Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. You will build lasting client relationships, become an expert on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and help clients choose the right model and options.

Monday–Saturday schedules apply, with a focus on delivering top-tier service in a competitive, rewards-driven environment. This full-time position emphasizes personal sales goals, team collaboration, and ongoing product and technology training.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
• Be an expert in the products you represent, able to fully explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.

Schedule: Monday 9 AM-7 PM, Tuesday 9 AM-7 PM, Wednesday 9 AM-6 PM, Friday 9 AM-6 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-5 PM.

As a Sales Consultant, You Will
