Fletcher Jones Imports, part of the nation's #1 family-owned automotive group, seeks a Product Concierge to deliver world-class guest experiences from arrival to delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles.

You will welcome guests, coordinate with dealership teams, and provide personalized vehicle orientations and feature demonstrations while staying current on vehicle technology and connected services. This role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and confidentiality in a luxury environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create a strong first impression.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detail to prepare vehicles for delivery.
• Demonstrate features, technology, safety systems, and connected services to guests.
• Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, driver profiles, and settings.
• Review ownership benefits, warranty coverage, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow up after delivery to support guest satisfaction and answer questions.
• Support the Sales team with demonstrations and delivery documentation.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

The Product Concierge plays an important role in creating an exceptional dealership experience from the moment a guest arrives through the delivery of their new or pre-owned vehicle. As one of the first points of contact, you will welcome guests, provide helpful assistance, and connect them with the appropriate dealership team members.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create an exceptional first impression of the dealership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detail to ensure every vehicle is fully prepared for delivery.
• Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation by demonstrating features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
• Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, driver profiles, and personalized vehicle settings.
• Review ownership benefits, warranty coverage, maintenance recommendations, and roadside assistance.
• Follow up after delivery to answer questions, reinforce product knowledge, and support guest satisfaction.
• Support the Sales team with vehicle demonstrations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, automotive sales support, or a similar guest-focused environment is preferred
